Arrive in Chiang Mai, to be welcomed and transferred to THE CHEDI, Chiang Mai.
PM :Depart hotel and drive up the serpentine road to the magnificently situated Wat Doi Suthep. Perched on a forested mountain, this most sacred of Chiang Mai’s temples (3,280 ft.) provides a superb view over the city, as well as a wealth of images and frescos. You then pass the city’s biggest market – Talat Varorot – before going to two important temples – Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Sing. The two main temples in the city center ; “Chedi Luang Temple” where the Emerald Buddha was once enshrined and “Phra Singh Temple” with a 1,500-year old Buddha image. Return to the hotel.
19:00 :A welcome Thai set-dinner at the hotel.

DAY 2 CHIANG MAI [B/L/D]
American Breakfast at the hotel.
AM: After breakfast, visit an elephant training camp, located in a pleasant forested valley provides a demonstration of the skill, intelligence, good humor and strength of the working elephants. Continue to visit Hmong Nong Hoi Mai hilltribe village and the Royal Project. On the way back, visit an orchid farm. Lunch at Ruean Mai Horm Restaurant.
PM :After lunch, Visit a silk factory at Sankampaeng to see the silk manufacturing process from worm to weaver; watch the pretty girls of Bor Sarng making their brilliantly-colored parasols; and don’t neglect this chance to see the other craft people at work on silver, teakwood and lacquerware. Return to the hotel.
19:00 :A candle light Western set-dinner including a bottle of wine.

08:30 :Pick up and depart Chiang Mai for Lampoon. This half-day trip will take you back to the region’s historico-legendary beginnings. Queen Chamadevi, the north’s greatest founding figure, brought Buddhism and an advanced culture from Lopburi in central Thailand in 8th Century. Here at her capital, you will have a visit at one of the region’s most venerated temples, Wat Haripoonchai (founded 1157), and then look around the temple especially dedicated to the Queen, Wat Chamadevi. Return to Chiang Mai and transfer you to the hotel.
PM: After returning to the hotel, relax with hotel’ spa treatments: 90 min. ANCIENT BALINESE MASSAGE. This traditional Balinese style massage includes Balinese palming, stretching,effleurage and pressure point techniques to relieve tension, improve blood flow, ease stress and calm the mind.
